We are incredibly proud to be recommended wedding videographers at Botleys Mansion, in Surrey. This exclusive venue is one of the most stunning and glamorous in the country. Often appearing in awards, polls and experts lists as one of the top wedding venues in the UK, Botleys Mansion is a venue that we love filming at.
It’s situated just 30 minutes from London and it situated amid 56 acres of sprawling parkland. The original mansion was once own by King Henry VIII and the newer mansion was built in the 1760’s and has been magnificently restored and refurbished by the Harper wedding venues group to become an amazing exclusive use wedding venue.
It can cater for wedding between 60 to 380 guests, with ceremonies either inside or outside. The elegant sweeping driveway contains a glorious fountain and beautiful stone staircase which is perfect for a lovely group shot or couples photographs. Inside the walls, doorways and ceilings are adored with gold-leaf and crystal chandeliers hang from every room.

Filming Your Wedding at Botleys Mansion
Botleys Mansion gives us plenty to work with throughout a wedding day, from the quieter preparations in the morning through to the celebrations in the Atrium later in the evening. Having filmed weddings here, we know how the different parts of the house connect and how to make the most of them without taking you away from your guests.
The Green Room provides a beautiful setting for a more intimate ceremony, while the Atrium completely changes the character of the day with its glass roof, sweeping staircase and abundance of natural light. Outside, the gardens and mansion provide another setting for photographs, drinks receptions and those moments between the formal parts of the day.
We particularly enjoy filming the transitions between these parts of a Botleys wedding. The anticipation of the ceremony, the movement outside afterwards, speeches and the wedding breakfast, followed by the change in atmosphere as the Atrium becomes the evening party, all give us very different moments to capture.
Our approach is deliberately unobtrusive. We want you to enjoy Botleys Mansion with your family and friends rather than feeling as though you are constantly being filmed. We can anticipate where the important moments are likely to happen while remaining in the background, allowing the finished film to feel natural and genuine.
