Wedding video at the Berystede Hotel, Ascot, Surrey | W4 Wedding Films
It was a hot summer's day when we filmed Tara and Adam's Ascot wedding in August. The ceremony took place in a charming church in Finchampstead, followed by a reception at the Berystede Hotel in Ascot, Surrey, a beautiful four star hotel near Windsor, surrounded by landscaped gardens which were at their best on such a glorious day it really was a wedding videographers dream.
Thanks to the help of friends and family, every detail had been thought of at the reception, with purple feathers centrepieces and chair backs, miniature figures of the bride and groom on the cake, and a chocolate fountain for guests to enjoy in the evening. Before that, guests made the most of the gorgeous weather by soaking up the sun at the drinks reception, with live music and drinks flowing.
The biggest surprise of the day came for the Groom during the evening, when, unbeknown to him, a Michael Jackson impersonator turned up on the dance floor and wowed the crowds with his incredible dance moves and singing. The impersonation was incredible and he really got the party started. Adam's Jackson-style moves were pretty impressive too, and we were pleased to be able to capture these on their wedding film.
As a wedding videographer, these sorts of moments are priceless to capture on a wedding day, and we love the look on Adam's face when MJ makes an appearance! It was also a pleasure to work alongside the photographers from Studio Rouge on the day, together we were able to get some shots of the happy Bride and Groom and all their lovely guests.
