Becky and Jack’s wedding at Farnham Castle had such a great energy to it from the very start.
As recommended suppliers, it’s a venue we know really well—but days like this still manage to feel completely different. There was a really fun, relaxed atmosphere throughout, and loads of moments that made it feel personal to them.
One of the highlights early on was their golden retriever being part of the day. Not only there for photos, but sitting in during the ceremony—and honestly, better behaved than most guests. It added a really nice touch and got plenty of smiles.
The weather couldn’t have worked out better. Sunshine all day, and then in the evening we headed up onto the keep just as the light started to drop. That golden hour up there is always special, but this one really delivered—some of our favourite shots from the day.
As things moved into the evening, the pace picked up quickly. A live sax player took things up a level and kept the dancefloor busy, with glow sticks, sunglasses and a proper party atmosphere. It felt more like a celebration you didn’t want to leave than a typical wedding evening.
And then there was the cardboard cutout of Taylor Swift—Becky’s favourite—which definitely made an impression and got involved in more than a few moments throughout the night.
It’s days like this that are just great to be part of—good people, lots of personality, and plenty going on from start to finish.
