Best wedding venues in Surrey

We are often asked to name our favourite Surrey wedding venues and to be honest this that be very difficult as we are lucky enough to work in many amazing locations throughout the county.

Surrey boasts an eclectic mix of mansion houses, barns, hotels and even castles. We have complied a list of a few of our favourites.

Farnham Castle

This is the venue which we have had one of the longest working relationships. We are proud to be a recommend wedding videographer at the Castle for a number of years and we love coming back to this special place many times throughout the seasons.

We always recommend Farnham Castle to couples looking for a venue, it boast stunning views, spacious interiors and some of the best food we have tasted. The staff are also some of the most hardworking and friendly that we have come across, they work tirelessly to make each and every wedding unique and timed to perfection.

This is a montage of some recent weddings at Farnham Castle.

Botleys Mansion

If you are looking for luxury and splendour, then look no further than Botleys Mansion. Run by the Bijou group, this impressive location is perfect for couples looking to add a touch of glamour to their big day. Ornate chandeliers, fountains and contemporary design make this one of the premiere places to say ‘I do’ in Surrey. We love filming here and have been a recommended supplier for over 5 years.

Botleys Mansion hold regular ‘Wedding Wednesdays’ where couples can book an appointment to view the venue and meet with the co-ordinators.

We’ve made a short highlight reel of some of our favourite moments at Botleys Mansion.

Pennyhill Park

This exclusive hotel and spa is very local to us and it always fun to spot the England Rugby team who often train and stay at the hotel before their big matches.

Pennyhill Park is a prestigious 5 star venue which can host weddings of all kinds, from the lavish to the intimate. It also boasts one of the finest spas in the country which is perfect for unwinding in the days leading up (or after) the wedding.

The video below showcases the different spaces the venue offers as well as a glimpse of the stunning grounds and the glorious 19th century manor house.

Horsley Estate

Any one who has watched the Netflix series ‘The Crown’ may recognise Horsley Estate, with its iconic fairy tale spires and fountains. This is a venue full of hidden gems, such as the Great Hall or the totally unique chapel which makes a great backdrop for the photos and of course wedding video!

One of the benefits of Horsley Towers is that couples have exclusive use of the venue for the entity of their day.

You can check out some moments from recent weddings at the venue below:

Denbies Wine Estate

We love unique venues and Denbies is one of our favourites. Couples can marry at the largest vineyard in England, surrounded by stunning scenery with a bottle (or two) of some of the finest wine in the UK.

One of our favourite parts of a wedding at Denbies is that couples and their guests can take a tram during their drinks reception high up into the vineyard in order to take their photos with the amazing backdrop of the Surrey Hills.

Again couples have a variety of choices when it comes to where they say their vows or hold their wedding breakfast. We are proud to be recommended by Denbies and you can see a short montage of some weddings below.

Millbridge Court

Even though Millbridge Court is a relatively new location, it has quickly become a firm favourite with couples and is now well established as one of the leading wedding venues in Surrey.

We love the fact that Kalm Kitchen are the in house caterers, they have over 10 years experience in the industry and create the most delicious and inventive meals.

For couples looking for a modern and contemporary setting, they must check out Millbridge Court. It offers exclusive use of the venue, a range of locations to say ‘I do’ and space to hold up to 200 guests for a wedding breakfast.

We are a proud partner of this venue and would love for you to watch some of our best bits from Millbridge Court.

Great Fosters

This is our local venue and one that we are happy to say we are recommended by. It’s one of the most renowned wedding venues in Surrey and it’s easy to see why. The grounds are simply breathtaking, immaculately kept with a Japanese bridge draped in wisteria. Inside a 14th century tithe barn is the location for a sumptuous wedding breakfast, where couples can expect the finest foods from Michelin star winning chefs.

It’s obvious why Great Fosters has hosted guests like Charlie Chaplin and Orson Wells over the years and why couples travel from all over the country to marry at this amazing place.

We really recommend couples take a visit to Great Fosters and soak up the atmosphere and take a stroll in the gardens.

Below you can see some recent drone footage taken at Great Fosters.

Northbrook Park

One of the most romantic venues on the list, we love working at Northbrook Park. This venue offers couples lots of choice, it’s exclusive use and couples can choose their own caterers for their big day. Because of this it’s possible to make Northbrook Park totally unique and special according to couples plans and wishes.

Couples who have heard of Northbrook Park may be aware of the most famous residents…the peacocks. They will always make an appearance at some point in the day and make a fabulous photo opportunity as they try to upstage the bride (though they never do of course!)

We especially love the Vine Room, where couples say their vows, it’s a spacious and bright spot which can hold up to 200 guests. It’s a very special place to get married and the chandeliers and marble floors all add to the splendour and luxury that this venue offers.

If Northbrook Park sounds like a venue you may be interested in, please take a moment to view a montage of some recent weddings.
