Having worked as a Hampshire wedding videographer for many years, we have had the pleasure of filming at Cain Manor and always enjoy returning to this incredible venue.
We are recommended wedding videographers for all the Harper wedding venues, of which Cain Manor is one. It is a barn-style country house with plenty of character and period features, including oak floors and beams, cathedral windows and triple-height ceilings.
The manicured gardens sit amongst wild flower meadows and have exquisite views over the Surrey Hills, which make a stunning backdrop for wedding photos and video.
The venue is very versatile and can host weddings of varying sizes at any time of year. It will always have something to offer a bride and groom.

Why We Love Filming At Cain Manor
The story of a wedding at Cain Manor can begin long before the ceremony. The dedicated Getting Ready Room is available from 9am and gives the morning its own private space, with three make up stations, natural light and room for the bridal party to spend time together. It also provides an opportunity to capture those quieter preparations and the excitement building before everyone comes together.
We also like the fact that Cain Manor is exclusively yours for 24 hours. With the couple and guests staying on site, there is a real sense of continuity to the wedding, rather than everyone arriving for the ceremony and leaving again later. The Cain Suite and the additional guest bedrooms mean that some of the story can naturally continue into the evening and the following morning.
The layout of the house also gives us some lovely opportunities to capture what happens between the main events. After the ceremony, the Library provides a quieter space for guests to relax, with its own bar and fireplace, while the Music Room is prepared for the wedding breakfast. Later, that same room changes again as the lights come on and the evening celebrations begin.
For us, these little transitions are an important part of a wedding film. The anticipation before the ceremony, the reactions immediately afterwards, conversations with family and friends and the build up to the evening party all help create a film that feels like a complete story of your wedding day.
