Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park, Tithe Barn is a hidden gem of a wedding venue in Petersfield, Hampshire. We recently had the pleasure to be the wedding videographers for Maz and Zac's wedding there. The barn had been decorated beautifully with coral coloured chair backs and flowers. They even had a projection of both their names lit up on the stone barn wall, so you could see it above them as they took their vows.
As a wedding videographer, venues like Tithe Barn are a joy to film at as there's so much that can be done to create the atmosphere of the day - up-lighters add to the feel and they had lovely touches - such as the stack of Krispy Kreme donuts shaped like a wedding cake! The smell alone was enough to make you drool!
Alan Marshall was MC for the day and provided music throughout the day, as well as telling the couple's story of how they met and their kind words about each other in the evening before the first dance. Into the evening, guests were treating to a poker table and photo booth. We filmed guests messages, capturing everyone's memories of the day. The weather stayed fine, if a little windy, but the beautiful surroundings made a magnificent backdrop for photos.
We hope to film many more weddings at Tithe Barn - Maz and Zac certainly had a wonderful day there, as did their guests, who partied late into the night.
